- Abstract
Optimization of the on-line temperature estimation strategy and signal injection of the stator winding of permanent magnet synchronous motor was carried out. The influences of the electrical,mechanical and thermal characteristics of the motor and the load on the temperature estimation accuracy and output torque ripple were analyzed. The optimal setting strategy of the three elements of DC voltage injection (signal injection size,continuous injection duration,injection time interval),and real-time signal processing model consisting of frequency adaptive notch filter and low-pass filter was proposed to improve estimation accuracy and accurate temperature observation was achieved while reducing the impact of signal injection on motor performance. The research results under different working conditions verify correctness of the theoretical analysis and effectiveness of the optimization strategy. It provides guidance for the engineering application of permanent magnet synchronous motor stator temperature based on signal injection method.
