- Abstract
Staphylococcus aureus is a germ involved in a high percentage of infections in hospitalized patients. There is a change in resistance pattern of Staphylococcus aureus. This seed quickly develops resistance to âlactam antibiotics. Are known risk factors and the population susceptible to infection by this pathogen. Staphylococcus aureus produces several virulence factors causing strains and purulent infections usually express a combination of these factors. Infections of skin and soft constitute more than 95% of the sites of infection by CA-MRSA. There are differences with the traditional hospital Staphylococcus aureus, which is only sensitive to vancomycin, linezolid, quinupristindalfopristin, daptomycin and new generation cephalosporins 5.
