- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a one and half month old male infant who was presented with progressive abdominal distension and increased chest activity with reduced acceptance of feeds. Chest X-ray showed extensive infiltrates bilaterally that were suggestive of bronchopneumonia. Bone marrow aspiration showed blasts expressing myeloid markers positivity having absence of lymphoid markers.
