- Abstract
This article provides elements for a necessary debate: that over the type of social policies that people on the streets require, especially in regard to their socio employment inclusion. For this purpose its starts developing the idea that people on the streets are subject to policies, and that different types of these are associated with different "worlds of welfare", that is to say, they are a direct consequence of the conception of poverty and the way excluded people on the streets are seen from the construction of social policies It also notes, from a field study, that the main requirement of the people on the streets is the rebuilding of bonds, and that the relational model seems the best to accomplish this. Finally, it develops some features of this model and delivers guidelines for a socio employment policy for homeless people.
