- Abstract
The article presents the study which examined the durability of benefits of an outpatient antimicrobial stewardship intervention following the discontinuation of audit and feedback in the U.S. In the conducted randomized trial, the intervention in the use of antibiotics against acute respiratory tract infections in children included clinical education, as well as audit and feedback of antibiotic prescribing.
