- Abstract
The article presents the findings of a medical research conducted on examining the survival rate in two different surgical treatments used for diffusing low-grade gliomas (LGCs) in Norway. It discusses the methodology of the research involving wait and scan approach used in patients admitted at Norwegian university hospitals. The research reveals that the survival rate is better in patients with LGCs, who were treated with early surgical resection, when compared to another method of biopsy and watchful waiting.
