- Abstract
The article provides information on methods of liver surgery and transplantation with surgical hemostasis procedures. It is mentioned that liver surgery and transplantation is a very risky medical procedure and cited to have circumstances resulting to heavy loss of blood. It describes the uses of anesthetic surgical procedures including low central venous pressure (CVP) anesthesia, total vascular occlusion (IVC control), and intraoperative ultrasound which facilitate major liver surgeries.
