- Abstract
The article discusses a study which aims to identify and draw some useful lessons in leading the economic revitalization process in Springfield, Massachusetts. It states that a comparison of 25 municipalities has been made to examine the factors in improving the living standards of the residents in the city. Findings of the study reveal that the most important lessons from the resurgent cities refer to leadership and collaboration.
