- Abstract
The article focuses on the prostitution and treatment of sex trafficking victims in the U.S. in context of the existing legislations. It discusses the Planned Parenthood as a potential ally of sex trafficking eradicators. The contribution of organized crime and the role of pimps in the sex trafficking industry is also scrutinized. It further identifies the need of the joint efforts of the U.S. government, the law enforcement agencies and the Planned Parenthood to combat the sex trafficking.
