- Abstract
Negotiation is a kind of common social interaction. Integrative negotiation is a win-win negotiation, and shared mental models reveal its mechanism of mental models. Researches on models and team shared mental models lay the foundation of shared mental models in negotiation. The similarities and accuracy of shared mental models are two predictors for negotiation outcomes. Dynamic study and theoretical research should be reinforced in the future.
