- Abstract
The article provides information on the antler sign of pulmonary venous hypertension described on a chest radiograph, which refers to dilated and branching upper zone pulmonary veins that resemble the antlers of a stag. Pulmonary venous hypertension leads to the redirection of blood in the pulmonary veins to the upper zones, commonly caused by left heart failure and fluid overload. An antler sign has also been described in a rare condition called lung torsion.
