- Abstract
The article emphasizes the importance of hands-on resource boxes to address the needs of visitors with disability and presents a compilation of practical ideas that will benefit such audience. For the hearing impaired, creating printed scripts of the regular programs a site provides is suggested as well as incorporating activities and role playing. For audience with learning disabilities, the use of picture guides is suggested as well as designating a quiet space at the site.
