- Abstract
The article discusses what the author refers to as a trend towards front-loading class litigation in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court's issuance of several judgments in class action cases between 2010 and 2014, and it mention American jurisprudence, class arbitration waiver claims, and interpretations of Rule 23 of the U.S. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Class action and class certification cases such as Shady Grove Orthopedic Associates P.A. v. Allstate Insurance Co. are examined.
