CONSTITUTION OF KAZAKHSTAN AND INTERNATIONAL LAW.
- Authors
Aidarbayev, S. Z.
- Abstract
The article discusses the conflict of international treaties over the laws of Kazakhstan. It states in the country's Constitution that there should be no prevalence of any international treaties unless it has been ratified by the Republic. The Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its other state authorities implements the provision of the constitution without a failure. However, the provision has been subjected to criticisms for it violates the pacta sunt servanda rule.
