- Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to investigate operationally risky areas by analyzing dangers which can arise during the maintenance and flight activities of Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs). For this purpose, a risk analysis methodology was introduced, and then within the framework of the application, a sample of risk management model was developed. During the development of the model, personal experiences in the area of UAVs were benefited, and a risk management technique consisting of five steps used by pioneering international aviation companies in flight safety was utilized. Developed model is tested with a prepared computer programme by using an expert system.
