- Abstract
Through the actual investigation and analysis of the integrated production organization of passenger cars with normal speed and 160 km/h power centralized EMUs of Lanzhou passenger car servicing depot of Lanzhou car depot of China Railway Lanzhou Group Co., Ltd., the paper takes the problems that exist in the entire production organization process of entering yard for vehicle shunting at terminal, parallel maintenance operations in the yard (vehicle, locomotive, electrical and passenger operations), exiting yard for vehicle shunting at departure as the research objects, elaborates on the design concept, system architecture, and main functions of the integrated information management system for the servicing depot. The system utilizes technologies such as informatization, intelligence and visualization to achieve unified preparation, audit and distribution of integrated operation plans, and realizes the functions such as real-time backfilling of operation results, fault reporting, safety control, message warning and display of operation progress through 4G-LIE wireless private network and intelligent handheld terminal equipment. Through the application and practice in Lanzhou passenger car servicing depot, it promotes the innovation of integrated management mode, production organization mode and collaborative operation mode for the train, vehicle, passenger, locomotive and electrical operations in each professional servicing depot, which can effectively improve the efficiency of integrated production organization, standardize the integrated operation management and enhance the efficiency of passenger locomotives and rolling stock operation
