A case study of 4-year-old girl with a history of cardiac transplantation for dilated cardiomyopathy presented to the dermatology consultation service with widespread hyperkeratotic papules. Topics include considered that physical examination revealed multiple folliculocentric keratinous spicules on the nose, cheeks, forehead, trunk, arms, and legs.
