- Abstract
The article examine the nature and extent of police militarization, and why such militarization likely plays a role in minority communities' protests. Topics discussed include an incident of death of eighteen-year-old Michael Brown by Ferguson, Missouri police officer Darren Wilson; applicability of the Third Amendment of the U.S. Constitution; and the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case "MacDonald v. City of Chicago.
