Gerber, Leah R
- Abstract
The author reflects on the May 2015 meeting of the Scientific Committee of intergovernmental whale conservation organization International Whaling Commission (IWC) which has reached stalement due to conflicting ideologies between several of its member countries, that lead to the whaling practice of Japan unregulated.
