The article discusses the author's paintings which are her poetic implications of migration and dislocation. It mentions that the author's paintings focus on the facets of Jewish cemeteries with depicting aspects of the natural world. It states that the paintings of the author display a kind of synesthesia, a phenomenon associated with peak religious experiences and ingestion of psychedelic substances, in which sounds are seen and images heard.
