- Abstract
In order to explore the stage of mine paste slurry pipeline transportation, and find out the change law of slurry rheological parameters in the initial stage of pipeline transportation, the stress relaxation test of paste mixture filled with waste rock tailings in a phosphate mine was carried out. The results showed that:The paste slurry was thixotropic, it belonged to thixotropic fluid, and when the peak shear rate and shear time were the same, the higher the volume concentration is, the stronger the thixotropy is. The yield stress of paste slurry decreased with the increase of thixotropy time, it showed the growth trend of negative exponential function, and the yield stress thixotropy model was established; The thixotropic equilibrium time of yield stress was estimated. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the division of mine paste slurry pipeline transportation stagehand make the calculation of resistance loss along the pipeline transportation more accurate.
