- Abstract
The article presents a case of interaction between a dolphin and a sting ray. According to an observation, a bone alteration was found in the vertebra of the dolphin, caused by serrated and poisonous spines from the base of the sting ray's tail. Moreover, it mentions that foraging for benthic prey and the ingestion of a sting ray was the common hypothesis of the case.
