- Abstract
From the perspective of emotion sociology, teachers' emotions have action power in the teaching process, which is one of the key elements to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching. However, the current situation of teachers' teaching emotion shows a tendency of decline, which is characterized by the following: the imperfect system of teachers' teaching emotions leads to the imbalance of emotional roles; the weakening of teachers爷 teaching emotional productivity leads to insufficient effective teaching; the imbalance of teachers' emotional interaction in teaching leads to alienation of the relationship between teachers and students. The main reasons for the decline of teachers' teaching emotions are as follows: the dichotomy of intellectual labor and physical labor rarely reflects teachers' emotional labor; the rational functionalism of teaching prompts teachers to emphasize “ cognitive experience " and ignore “ emotional experience "; teachers tend to pay more attention to “ subject knowledge and skills " and neglect “ emotional edification and training ". Relevant education departments should establish teachers' teaching emotion management system to highlight the value of teachers ' emotional labor, create an emotional teaching atmosphere to enhance the effect of emotion-cognition interaction, improve teachers' professional training content to strengthen emotional edification and training, and help teachers realize the return of teaching emotions to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
