- Abstract
The article looks at the decisions given by U.S. supreme court in several cases related to cyberspeech and cyberbullying at the secondary level public educational institutions. It discusses a student free speech case, Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, in which students were suspended for wearing black armbands. It also discusses the case related to lewd speech, Bethel School District No. 403 v. Fraser, in which the student made lewd speech in the school assembly.
