- Abstract
In this article the author discusses minimizing labor disputes by adjusting their grievances in the U.S. It states that labor dispute arise from grievances and in order to reduce the issues employers should understand the basic psychology behind the grievances. It mentions that employees not being involved in decision-making process leads them to think negative about their own abilities and the employer. It highlights that to minimize labor disputes organizations should be reconstructed to preserve integrity of workers and give them industrial government which can be through complete acceptance of the labor union.
