- Abstract
The article discusses the author's views about whether grand jury witnesses in America should be legally allowed to discuss their testimony with each other and with the press, and it mentions the U.S. Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, as well as issues related to grants of judicial immunity and legal ethics rules for prosecutors. State laws in places such as Missouri and New York are examined, along with an individual's rights under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
