- Abstract
In order to observe the effect of different doses of Pulsatilla saponins B4 on clinical dairy cow mastitis and the effect on serum inflammatory factors and immune factors, 36 dairy cows suffering from clinical mastitis were randomly divided into 3 trials with low, medium and high doses. In the test group, 12 healthy cows were selected as the control group. The test group was injected with Pulsatilla saponin B40.025, 0.05, and 0.1 mL·kg-1 into the neck muscles every day for 6 consecutive days. The control group was not injected with any drugs. During the period, the effective rate and cure rate of each cow in the test group were observed, and at the same time, the control group was collected on any day, and the venous blood of the test group 1, 3, 5, and 7 was tested for inflammatory factors and immune factors. After 12 days, the milk samples from the diseased milk area were counted with milk somatic cell count (SCC) and pathogenic microorganisms were detected. The whole experiment was observed to 12 days, and the clinical efficacy was calculated. The results of the clinical efficacy test showed that the three doses of Pulsatilla saponin B4 were low, medium, and high. The clinical cure rate and total effective rate of the group were 75.00%, 75.00%, 91.67% and 100%, 100%, 100%, the average cure time was 6.33, 6.11, 6.91 d. Pulsatilla saponin B4 can significantly (P<0.05) reduce clinical dairy cow mastitis SCC. Before treatment, 36 copies Pathogenic microorganisms were detected in 34 milk samples, with a detection rate of 94.44%, mainly mycoplasma, cocci and Escherichia coli, etc.; after 12 days of treatment, the total negative conversion rate of pathogenic microorganisms was 52.94%, of which, bacilli and chromogenic The negative conversion rates of Staphylococcus, Staphylococcus hemolyticus and Escherichia coli all reached 100%, and the negative conversion rates of Mycoplasma, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and cocci were 69.23%, 60.00%, 50.00% and 33.33%, respectively. Pulsatilla saponins B4 can significantly (P<0.05) promote clinical dairy cow mastitis serum inflammatory factors CRP, SAA, HP, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α and Immune factors IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG, IgM returned to healthy levels.
