- Abstract
The article discusses research being done on sex differences in lipolysis-regulating mechanisms in obese patients. It references a study by Fabien Pillard et al published in the 2007 issue of "Obesity." Observations on exercise-dependent increment in extracellular glycerol concentration were recorded. Obese women can mobilize more lipids as compared with men during exercise.
