- Abstract
Non-Governmental Organizations have limited opportunities in terms of both human and material resources compared to the private and public sectors. For Non-Governmental Organizations, it is very important to achieve organizational performance with the management of scarce resources. One of the most important elements among these scarce resources is human resources and their proper management. For this reason, it is thought that it is not possible for the employees of Non-Governmental Organizations to reach organizational performance only with a job contract. Psychological contracts between employees and employers in Non-Governmental Organizations are thought to have a strengthening role in employment contracts. A model showing the relationship between the differentiating role of organizational citizenship in the relationship between psychological contract and organizational performance has been developed through a literature review. In addition, it is thought that organizational citizenship behavior has a differentiating role in increasing organizational performance with the realization of unexpressed psychological contracts between the employee and the employer. Therefore, it is aimed to improve the practices of Non-Governmental Organizations in Human Resources Management. In line with the results of the research, it is thought that if the people working in the Non-Governmental Organization perceive that their career development and opportunities are realized, the benefits to the institution can be high.
