- Abstract
This article focuses on the changing balance of power in the U.S. as a result of the 2010 midterm elections. It notes that the change in balance of power has implication for legislative priorities that concern business communities across the country. It points out the important role of incoming House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp in the upcoming tax debate during the 112th Congress. It cites issues related to taxation, energy, international trade and health care revision as important legislation to be addressed during the 112th Congress.
