- Abstract
Superintendents and school leaders must address the technological challenges affecting communications between other educational and community leaders as well as teachers' ability to virtually meet students' individual educational needs. Kindergarten through grade 12 (K-12) educational leaders have the responsibility and accountability for guiding the community (all stakeholders) through crisis and change. Through a collaborative effort, superintendents and school leaders can learn and respond to inequity and diversity issues that are most important and impact the success of their school communities. School lockdowns forced schools to transition to virtual learning opportunities and this technique impacted the traditional school learning framework.
