- Abstract
The article offers information on the procedures for elections of judicial commission through electronic balloting based on the Rule 10.165 of the Supreme Court of Missouri. It states that the office of states court administration (OSCA) should start the creation of the database and load the voter file into the electronic software application. It says that electronic ballots and documentation related to online election software must retained for six months after election canvass were completed.
