- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a two-year-old boy who was taken to the local hospital with pallor and increasing abdominal distension. He has a past medical history which was an open left inguinal herniotomy at his 17 months of age. The performed computed tomography (CT) angiogram reveals a large thin-walled cystic lesion that occupies most of the patient's abdomen and pelvis.
