- Abstract
The article focuses on the mandatory made on July 1, 2010 which obliges all pharmacists and employers of pharmacists to report notifiable conduct to the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) in Australia. It mentions that the practioner employed by an insurer, quality assurance committee member and authorized council are exempted under the mandatory reporting requirements. Moreover, the mandatory law is shown as a disincentive for pharmacists and other health professionals.
