The article offers information on a legal complaint made by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Engineers (IAM) against commercial airplanes manufacturing Boeing Co. regarding its decision to build a second 750 million dollars of production factory in South Carolina. It reports that the compliant against Boeing was settled on December 7, 2011 without the need of proceeding to formal judgment.
