- Abstract
The article explores workplace anti-discrimination law in the U.S. It highlights the usual challenges faced by those in an anti-discrimination case. It discusses how workplace discrimination is brought about by bias which is aggravated by changes within the organization. A hypothetical solution to such issue is presented in the article as well as some guidelines to carry out some proposed action plans.
