The article discusses the limitations and admissibility of using historical cellular site data to track the location of a cellular phone. It talks about the capability of cell site data to track cellular phone locations if enough information is available to perform triangulation. It tackles concerns on the accuracy of triangulation and proves the effectiveness of the interpretation of historical cell site data as a useful investigative tool.
