The article reports on the completion of the legal case of Auto-Owners Insurance Company vs. Tribal Court of the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation. In the case the Court of Appeals held that the federal court lacked jurisdiction to hear a lawsuit seeking determination of whether the insurance policies at issue provided coverage for alleged sexual assault of elementary school students.
