- Abstract
The article argues that lawsuits by students and teachers against educational institutions have served as a key experiment for rights adjudication in various courts in China. By accepting these cases, Chinese courts have transformed the relationship between students, teachers, and educational institutions, the author opines. He is convinced that education cases provide an opportunity for the courts to develop a rights-based jurisprudence.
