- Title
Supercilious cell cycles in the human embryo.
- Authors
Albertini, David F.
- Abstract
In this article the author comments on a report by Ann A. Kiessling and colleagues on the causes and consequences of genetic stability in human embryos, published in the current issue of the journal. He states that the report is important as its analyses is based on genes that play central role in cell cycle progression. The report also illustrates the power of bioinformatics. However he argues that this approach is not fully valid as the inferences drawn are solely based on mRNA expression data.
