- Abstract
The article focuses on the body fat accumulation which can be reduced by capsinoids, non-pungent capsaicin analogs without weight rebound not like dietary restriction in mice. It mentions that capsinoids are famous in suppressing body fat accumulation and decrease body weight through improving energy expenditure in both humans and mice. According to experiment, capsinoid is more beneficial than restricted diet for maintaining body weight.
