- Abstract
The article offers tips for public relations (PR) practitioners on how to develop internal communications in a consultancy organization in the U.S. It cites that one should discover what mothers are saying about an organization and complete content analysis of clips with mom-oriented media. It suggests to work closely with one's human resources departments to assure the needs of mothers and fathers. It also stresses to do a brief audit to evaluate and enhance an internal communications plan.
