The article presents the discussion on Global North/South connecting post-colonial theory with the current state of international education. Topics include using membership in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Group as determinants for classification; and collecting data relating to the number of International Baccalaureate (IB) schools in each respected group.
