- Abstract
The article discusses the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court case Crocco v. Pennsylvania Department of Health which focuses on whether the citizens have the right to know if their public officials are affiliated with abortion clinics. Topics mentioned include the use of the personal security exception provided in the right-to-know law (RTKL), the background and statutes of the RTKL, and the protection of individuals who are facing with death threats for doing their jobs relating to medicine.
