OBJECTIVE; To probe into the efficacy of goserelin acetate sustai 11-release implants combined with laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility. METHODS; 200 patients with endometriosis complicated with infertility admitted into Ji’an Hospital of Shanghai Dongfang Hospital from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 100 cases in each. The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery, while the observation group was given goserelin acetate sustain-release implants based on the control group. Clinical efficacy, incidences of relapse, pregnancy, improvements of symptoms and physical signs of two groups were observed. RESULTS; The total effective rate of observation group (87% , 87/100) was significantly higher than that of the control group (62% , 62/100) ; within the I-year follow-up, the incidences of relapse and pregnancy of observation group were respectively 9% (9/100) and 68% (68/100), which were significantly better than those of the control group (35%, 35/100; 32%, 32/100), with statistically significant differences (P < 0. 05) ; the clinical symptoms and physical signs of both groups were significantly improved than those of before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05) , while no statistical significances were found in the differences between the two groups ( P >0.05). CONCLUSIONS; The efficacy of goserelin acetate sustain-release implants combined with laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility is remarkable, which can significantly reduce the incidence of relapse and improve pregnancy.
