- Abstract
Taking the extraction yield of Zijin cicada tea as the index, the microwave-assisted extraction process was optimized by response surface method. Simultaneous distillation extraction was used for the samples pretreatment ; volatile components of the extract were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of Zijin cicada tea extract were : liquid-solid ratio 9, microwave power 600 W and extraction time 60 min. Under the above situation, the extraction yield was 30.21%. A total of 68 aroma components were identified, including palmitic acid 28.618 µg/g, phenylacetaldehyde 17.864 µg/g, 2-hexenal 10.921 µg/g, linolenic acid 10.642 µg/g, hexanal 7.374 µg/g, phenylethanol 5.139 µg/g, dihydrolinalool 3.674 µg/g, and geraniol 3.063 µg/g. the Zijin cicada tea extract had unique aroma and fragrance characteristics.
