- Abstract
The article reports on the court ruling about the appeal filed by the residents of Willowbend subdivision against the city government of Perrysburg Township from terminating the water and sewer services of the residents in Perrysburg, Ohio. The lawsuit arise when the residents of the subdivision refused to annex their property to the city as per city ordinance on extraterritorial customers. However, the Supreme Court ruled against the appeal of the residents since the city ordinance is a valid exercise of the police powers of a municipality.
