- Abstract
The article analyzes how the 2015 performance art "Be Careful," presented by Mallika Taneja in Delhi, India addressed the rape culture in India. Topics discussed include the effective use of nudity by Taneja while performing a monologue to capture the interest of the audience, the acknowledgment of the vulnerability of women in India to sexual harassment, and the way the audience's attitude towards her nudity tend to reflect public perception on a woman's body.
