- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40-year old man with two subcutaneous nodules or masses on the anterior-lateral area of his right lower leg. It was said that the swelling could be clearly seen when the patient was in an upright position. The patient underwent a diagnostic incisional skin biopsy in order for a malignant tumor to be ruled out. He also had a histopathological examination wherein it showed that a fat herniation is caused by the mass effect of herniated skeletal muscle.
