- Abstract
Examines the formation and repair of unpaired DNA loops meiotic recombination in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Formation of heteroduplexes, duplexes containing DNA strands; Loop repair involving the nucleotide excision repair enzymes Rad1p and Rad10p; Discovery that DNA breaks within heterozygous insertions do not stimulate interhomologue recombination.
